I would stick to mascara and winged liner, it'd make your eyes pop but if you really want color a nice champagne gold color would be pretty or just a nude shadow(: check out my blog beautyagenda.blogspot.com and folllow if you like(;

I would think maybe a dark blue or a gold/silver/copper color.
But really you should just play around with different colors-don't be afraid to make some mistakes! Your hair color also plays a big part in deciding what color eyeshadow you want. If you have dark hair try darker colors, lighter hair try lighter colors.
Some mascara and eyeliner would also look really pretty on your eyes!
