Kat Von D concealer and foundation have great coverage. Her makeup is make to cover tattoos, so the coverage has to be full.

Don't wear that stuff too much though, it'll clog your pores and cause more breakouts. Cleanse your face with toner daily and nightly. You could also add a face lotion to your foundation to moisturize.
