I have Rosacea and it makes my face super red and I don't want to really wear lots makeup to cover it (because I'm only in high school) but I don't really know any outer ways to kind of hide it.

I would first go to a dermatologist if possible. There's lots of creams that can help. Oatmeal masks can help too.
But green concealer/a redness reducing bb cream can help without being cskey or heavy.

I agree with visiting a dermatologist, that's always safe though I know for fact that they make tons of BB creams and foundations for certain skins, so with a bit of research I'm sure you can find a good product!

I have some mild rosacea around my nose and middle of forehead. sounds like you have the persistent one. if find that mineral and thermal water sprays keep the redness down , but it doesn't disappear. I have used la roche posay thermal water spary, Vichy thermal water spray, and Lush eau Roma toner. really helps my redness.
