My hair grows really slowly. Are there any ways to speed up hair growth?

Not really, it's genetics. But, you can take good
care of it by using hair masks and not applying too much heat to your hair!

Agreed ^ it's just genetics. in addition to hair masks & avoiding heat:
- drink lots of water
- exercise
- get trims to trim off the dead ends
- use a heat protectant if you must use heat
- use sulfate free shampoo
- don't wash your hair every day
- don't color your hair
- don't take any supplements that "promote hair growth" as these can be harmful
hope I helped! xo

Adding on to all of Cady's tips, I stopped using heat for the past 3 months. I braid my hair when I sleep and after years of my hair not growing at all, I've grown 4-5 inches.
