Hey guys

I'm going to a party tonight, nothing fancy, just drinking and having fun with friends. I rarely go to parties, so I have no idea, what to do with my outfit, makeup and hair. Help!

I'll post a pic of me below, so you have an idea of, what you're working with.

BTW. I'm 16 and no, that's not way too young to party, the legal drinking age where I come from is 16.

I love your hair in the photo so maybe you could recreate that? As for outfit, you could either wear a dress or playsuit or jeans and a nice top. For makeup, I'd do a natural eye and a bold lip or winged eyeliner and a nude lip.

I definitely suggest doing one bold thing with your makeup. Maybe a dark lipstick or winged eyeliner. Don't do to many bold things or it might look messy. I agree with Hollie,

I'd say go for a natural (ish) makeup look as you seem like the type of person who would look pretty with or without makeup, and if its nothing too fancy there's no need to have a full face of makeup. Maybe a light foundation or BB cream would work, and a bit of bronzer for a more summery look. Mascara, eyeliner and maybe some gold eyeshadow? You could wear a skater dress or shorts and a nice top would look nice. Hope this helps :)

I agree with Sophie and Riley, natural except for maybe like one bold statement. Where are you from?? Where I live its 21.

I agree with the girls above :) a pretty top, high-waisted jeans and a pair of fancy heels or flats would do :) I go to parties like the one you're going to quite a bit :) the drinking age in England is 18 but no one really goes by it and I'm 17 :)

Personally, I'd wear jeans, or jean shorts, then a flattering cute top, then some waterproof winged liner (let's be honest, there's a chance that you won't wash off your makeup tonight and don't want to look like a hot mess in the morning) with a crease color, and mascara, then your usual face makeup (though I do recommend bringing wipes to at least take this off) then just some chap stick with maybe a tad bit of gloss in the center, for hair, I'd wear it down, either straight or curly, whichever you prefer, and I'd also wear flip flops so you won't be upset if they get lost :) (not too sure of how much of a "rager" this is going to be, so I just expected the worst situation and made suggestions based on that haha)
