Makeup wise, I would have light contour, nude lip with a gloss, little and light eyeshadow but a bold eyeliner, a bright, but not crazy, blush and a dewy finish :)

If you want the appearance of bigger eyes and a unique way to finish off the look, make a dramatic cat eye with a brown gel or liquid eyeliner (or mascara with an angled brush) with a matching mascara.

I would step it up with a cami with perhaps a lace or simple scallop trim under my cardi rather than a tank top. (sans cleavage, if course) They are only a few dollars at any Kmart, Walmart, Tarfet, etc. and look lovely. I personally would wear dark jeans and some cute flats. Be comfortable and have fun!
