I have the pmd but haven't used it in years but plan to revive it cuz my sirius LED light broke??
I never got the patience for the PMD cuz it takes quite some time to do whole face..
I didn't use it enough to see results but when my replacement filter and discs arrive, I will use 1x/wk as recommended.
oh if this helps any, I also use dark angels from lush and it's a great exfoliater..even on my oily acne prone skin! yes there are other alternatives...I even have the clarisonic but ditched that a long time ago but in time maybe we can be reunited??
it took me a while to find what works best for me and I'm always willing to give other products a try..
good luck! hope this helps!
