I was looking at some of your pictures and I can't really tell much about length and layering. If you don't have layers, I'd recommend getting some because they make my hair appear thicker and more voluminous. You may also want to cut off a few inches or so depending on how much split ends you have. If you have a straight hairline in the back (not sure what it's called), you can switch it up and get a v-cut. It's a little different! (:
