Hey! I have the same hair lol. Very fine and thin Scandinavian hair lol. Umm. I use a root lifter spray or foam mousse. That and I put it in with my head upside down and I shake my hair around quite a bit. Ultimately, there is the blow drying, which is the only thing that seems to work for me.

here is a pic of the round brush I use. Its an ion brand but I'm sure you could find a similar brush of a different brand.
