Weird Hair Help Me Fix It.

So Ik my hair is messy but like those fuzzy hairs that look like bangs are really annoying. they used to be shorter but now they are like this and it's taking way to long to grow. I've tried everything to get it out of the way. I can't wear ponytails or messy buns without a headband bc it looks weird. and with my hair down those pieces just sit there. I've tried taking hair spray and spraying it down and stuff and it just goes into one piece and sticks up. how to I grow it out or fix it? I don't wanna like cut it off or shave it or anything like that. please help! thank you.

Try bangs, or side swept bangs. They can cover the shorter hairs.

I would take a strong hair gel and try to "attach" it to the rest of your hair
