I heard coconut oil is supposed to make your hair grow. Has this worked for anyone? I just feel it makes my hair greasy.

I use it all the time! well if it's making your hair greasy- are you washing it out? generally you should use it as a mask or hot oil treatment, then wash it out in the shower. and as for hair growth, I haven't seen a huge difference but my hair does seem a lot softer and smoother!

Angelia when you post multiple threads about the same subject (like several threads about hair products) we encourage you guys to place the questions in the same thread! TThat way the threads won't push other threads down so that they done get seen,it also makes it easier for the users to give you better advice on the products you are seeking advice on!

I've always found coconut oil "heavy", plus I can't stand the smell! I will stick to my argan oil leave in from Pro Naturals, no smell and it is great at protecting hair from heat damage.
