Personally, I've tried the waterproof Rocket mascara and I hated it, not only did it make my lashes super clumpy and gross looking, it smudged everywhere including into my eye. I had to throw out my contacts. I really did not like that mascara.
Now, Maybelline Lash Stiletto waterproof is really fabulous. It gives a really good amount of length, separates like a boss, and makes your lashes look incredible. And, it doesn't move. I'd definitely recommend trying it out.

I personally just don't wear makeup when I go to the pool, but if it was a pool party, I would probably wear maybelline the rocket because it's the only waterproof mascara I own. I don't really like it, but I don't really hate it. It's just okay.
