What are your thoughts on piercing?

I myself have 9 body piercing, and people always give me these looks(If you know what I mean). I just ignore them from time to time, and just smile at them. So I would like to know what are your thoughts on body piercings? And how many do you have?

Ha. I didn't get my ears pierced until I was 19. Some people pull off facial piercings really well and other people just look strange, depending on where/how many. Personally, I'm a tattoo kinda girl, although I really, really want a little row of microdermals on my clavicle...it's just expensive and I tend to head to the tattooist first.

I used to have more and loved it then, i got bored of the look for me but its a personal choice and people will judge or look at other things, dont bother with them and smile, you did it for you didnt you:)

The only regret is the scars on my nose and lip but you dont see them too much
