So I have been watching some YouTube tutorials that say if you put eyeliner on your water line it will make your eyelashes appear fuller. But I don't know how to do it and what eyeliner is best for doing it?💄

I'd use pencil. For the top lash line, I would use black or brown and for the lower lash line, I know white or nude makes your eyes appear bigger and more awake.

I use a black pencil. I pull up my eye lid so my waterline is exposed, and I just draw on it. as madison said, it may seem scary at first, but just make sure you practice it.

It's called tight lining. When people mention waterline, I typically think of your lower lash line, but I'm not sure if it's entirely wrong you call your upper lash line your waterline. Anyways, I have watched millions of tutorials and have tried several different methods and the easiest method for me would have to be putting the pencil on the tight line and close your eyes and run it across. Be careful not to stab into your eye, but it's not too difficult! I use several different eyeliners, but I'd just find a good pencil liner for tight lining and for the waterline. For the bottom lash line, I like to just put my pencil there and look down in my mirror. I don't like to pull or tug on the skin around my eyes because it's very fragile and ages the fastest. These are just my tips and tricks (: Just don't give up - practice makes perfect!

I LOVE tightlining! I think it compliments lots of eye shapes and makes it look like your not wearing any eyeliner in a good way. normally I hold my eye lashes back towards my eyelid like you would with an eyelash curler and apply. You can see what your doing better. I like a bigger kohl pencil because it goes on easy and darker.
Be careful that your not hurting your eyes. Good luck!
