It really depends on the foundation...and your skin type. What type of skin do you have? Any issues? Current foundations you are using?

For me, certain foundations blend better with fingers, brush, or beauty blender. It's all just trial and error (:

I use my fingers and after I'm done , I blend it in with a brush.
