Congrats Aryana! Stay away from active ingredients such as AHA/BHA, glycolic acid, chemical sunscreens, DHA ( found in spray self-tanners), hydroquinone,Retinol, toluene (in nail polish formulas). Those are the ones I know off the top of my head.

Congratulations! The only thing I know of for certain is Seche Vite top and base coats nail polish---they are really bad and dangerous to developing fetus.

There are great suggestions here already and to add on anything that is generally bad already such as paraben, talc, hairspray, nail polishes, and hair dyes. :)

There are nail polish brands that free of the harmful chems commonly found in mainstream polish lines. So you can still glam up your nails while pregnant. And congrats to you as well Latifah! :)

Salycilic acid is also something to stay away from. it's not always bad but does have a potential risk. basically, Google things and search the product risks during pregnancy.

No problem Aryana 😊😊😊 Zoya is 5 free, so others may be safe as well , but I would ask your doctor to be sure 😊😊 here is the link to the article about how Zoya is pregnancy safe http://live.zoya.com/Moment/Zoya+Nail+Polish+is+the+Healthy+Choice+for+Pregnant+Women!/?Moment=1493.
