Harley Quinn makeup for Halloween ideas?

Hey ladies... I'm dressing up as Harley Quinn for Halloween.. And I can't figure out a decent beauty makeup for it.. Her colors are red and black... But those colors don't look the best on me of course I've never tried them but maybe something like a smoky eye? If anyone has any ideas I'd greatly appreciate it!

MadeYewLook has a body paint tutorial on this Harley (which you can do with makeup as well) and I believe dope2111 has a tutorial on this version as well. The mask you can easily just draw on with eyeliner or eyeshadow if you didn't want to wear an actual mask. In my opinion this version of Harley isn't complete without the mask. If you're really set on not doing a mask then you could do a black smokey eye and black lips with the red highlight but I don't feel that really suits Harley, but again that's just my opinion. I'm very fond of her, especially this version lol.

In the comics, she never wore a mask anyway - it was all makeup! if you didn't want to draw a mask on, I went as Harley for Halloween last year and just did a huge diamond in black around my eye.
