I cut my hair and really regret it. I miss my long hair so much. Any tips for it to grow fast? I've heard of hairfinity and really want to try it. Any other products or ideas? Thanks :)

There's no miracle product or technique to make hair grow faster as hair growth is based on genetics however there are things you can do to help your hair grow to its fullest potential.
-use sulphate free shampoos
-use a hair mask at least once a week
-don't brush hair when wet
-use as little heat as possible
-use a heat protectant when you do use heat
-make sure your buns/ponytails aren't too tight
-drink plenty of water and keep yourself healthy as well

Like Alexis said, there isn't anyway of making hair grow more but there is a way of growing it out healthy so that you don't have to cut it so often.
Use good shampoo and conditioner, not from the supermarket, from a salon who stocks professional hair care.
Trim your hair every so often, this is going to get rid of the split ends and contain them. It actually also stimulates the hair to grow (it did to mine, and I see it with my eyes everyday)
Moisturise, after having a shower you should dry your hair off, so that it doesn't dry smelling bad, but so that you can dry the roots. You don't have to dry it every day (only when it is needed)
Mask, hair masks are amazing, I don't recommend anything like coconut oil or macadamia oil masks dimly because the create a barrier on the hair, the oil doesn't actually penetrate to the hair follicle it stays on the surface of the hair and over time becomes difficult to remove, when I'm applying colours on clients I always ask if the use oils in there hair, sometimes the colour actually can't penetrate through as it should because the oil is covering the hair and is harder for the colour to penetrate through. Although the feel amazing and great, it isn't helping your hair breath as it should, if fact it only making your hair more and more oily which can suffocate the scalp, you need to let the hair breath in order for it to feel nice and fresh, over time if the oil isn't washed out properly you can get a build up which isn't the most amazing thing. I recommend something that can be found with moisture and protein in it.
I really hope I helped with dorm information, if there are any questions please let me know!! :)

Same name😊Anyway, just make sure to keep your hair healthy, like not straightening or curling it a lot. I LOVE using coconut oil for my hair. It keeps it really soft and healthy. Some hair growth products aren't good, just be careful. I hope your hair grows back soon💗

Please help. My hair has always been my pride and fucking joy. I figured since it is pretty damn healthy, it could deal with some bleach damage. And I figured the master stylist who did all the color-corrections would know how much would be too much. I was wrong, and now I want to burst into tears every time I look at my hair or touch it. I just don't know what to do. my hair has also NEVER been shorter than this and it breaks and falls out. What should I do to regrow hair?

I regrew my hair and you can too. -I've been bleaching my hair on and off since forever. My hair wouldn't grow any longer it would just snap off. I've dreamed about having thick, long hair. And when I say dreamed, I mean it quite literally. So I decided to do something about it. My friend suggested Biotin when we were talking about my hair loss.
I’ve tried like 4 different brands until I found that the best one for me. Now I’m 26 and I've been taking 5,000mcg of Biotin every day for years (10 000 was too much for me). My hair and nails grow SO much quicker. Hair has increased in the rate and are so long now. Dreams come true :)
Also my energy levels are high. I remember that at the beginning I did heavy cardio and interval training which helped me lose weight fast but I did not realize how biotin played a part in my weight loss until AFTER I stopped working out. I continue to take biotin 5,000 mcg every day and now that I am no longer on my diet I eat whatever I want and I don't gain weight. It appears the biotin may be keeping my metabolism to the level it was at during my training. So I highly recommend it to you. For me the best is www.certifiedbiotin.com my friends also use this one.

Massage your scalp with good herbal oil like Mira hair oil-this will stimulate blood flow and allow faster hair growth-a good frequency is 2-3 times a week
Be sure to do lots of aerobics and cardio, this will stimulate blood flow to the scalp and allow you to grow longer hair fast
