I've done a full face of makeup maybe 3 or 4 times in the 6 months since I had my daughter but we've got family photos tomorrow and I want to put in a bit of effort :)

It's more of a casual thing, the photoshoot will be at the botanical gardens so my dress is blue and flowy. It has a gold/bronze detail at the top.

What sort of look should I do to go with it that will show up nice on camera? I'm good face wise, I'm just not decided on eyes and lips. I have a lot of makeup so I have plenty of options. Pictures would be greatly appreciated

Haha she's a big girl now Ruhi

Yes I was thinking just a touch of gold. I just wasn't sure if a very subtle eye would look ok in photos. What should I do for my lips do you reckon?

Your baby is adorable 😍I would go for something like this, maybe a little darker (pink tones would be nice) on the lips. I think gold on the eyes would be pretty too. Gold or anything you end up doing will be fine as long as you use just a slightly heavier hand on eyeliner, mascara, (I love wearing falsies for photos; I like Ardell Wispies w/ Duo Lash Glue) and a tad more blush than your would normally wear for everyday.

Thanks so much! I love all those looks Lisa haha. I wish I could do falsies but I never got the hang of them, I've got fairly long eyelashes though so a good mascara gives the the 'false lash look' wish me luck!
