I'm looking for an eyeshawd palette to ask for as a birthday gift. I am looking for high pigmentation and mostly neutral-ish colors, nothing to bright and crazy.

The Too Faced Natural Matte palette is my favorite. It's very pigmented and east to blend and has a mix of warm and cool toned nudes :)

There's this new palette called the 350 and its made by morphe. Super pigmented and beautiful colors.

I really love the Lorac pro palette, there's two so it caters to both cool and warm toned lovers (it also has the best pigmentation of life!). Too faced has some really good ones too I love the chocolate bar palette. If you want something cheaper if check out morph 'a palettes on their website!

I'm with Kylie on the Lorac Pro Palettes, the pigmentation is amazing and they blend so smoothly and easily. The first palette is warm toned, the second is cool toned, and they also have the Pro Matte palette, which is smaller than the regular Pros but it contains all matte and neutral eyeshadows (:

Too Faced Chocolate Bar. Mostly neutral colors, extra large highlighter shades (1 matte & 1 shimmer), cute, sturdy packaging and smells like chocolate.

I'm going to say Kat's Shade and Light. Lovely pigment, texture and wear. Even though it offers nuetrals, it works equally well for more dramatic looks.
