The title sums it up , I was just told to pick out up to that amount of stuff so what would you get? I'm more focused on highlighters, contour/bronzers , blush and eyeshadow than primers and foundation and I'm not sure what to get because I'm so pale.

Highlighter: NYX Illuminator in Ritualistic, glowy without looking too overpowering

Contour: Kat Von D Shade + Light Palette, pigmented, smooth, and blendable powders

Bronzer: Too Faced Chocolate Soleil Matte Bronzer, adds enough color to the skin without looking orange

Blush: MAC Mineralize Blush in Warm Soul, my go-to blush, a soft pinky brown that gives just enough color to the cheeks and is perfect for every look

Eyeshadow: Lorac Pro Palettes (1, 2, Metal, and Matte) all are blendable, smooth, buttery, and have amazing pigmentation

Highlighters- mad soft and gentle or Mary-Loumanizer by the balm
Bronzer- Hourglass ambient lighting bronzer
Blush- Nars Orgasm or Nars duo intensity blush and highlight in the color frenzy (use it wet)
Eyeshadow- urban decay naked palettes
