Since your eye look is so subtle maybe you should do a bold dark vampy lip.

Since your eyes are so neutral you can wear any color and it will look great. I would wear a deepened red like Mac dubonnet!!

And I'd personally go with nude lol my personal preference but a dark brick red color would look gorgeous as well.
