Ohkay so I am going to dress up as a ventriloquist doll and I need some help on what to do with my eyes!! I already know what I'm doing for the face portion and I'm wearing fake eyelashes I just have no idea about eye shadow!!

For the undereye...to do the white, you can use NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil in Milk.
