I have been trying everything possible and nothing works for me. I wear spf, exfoliate, coconut oil. Recently I even tried a lush face mask that they told me would help and I used it every day for two weeks and it did nothing. :( I'm in the same boat as you I wish they were gone.

Post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (aka acne scaring) takes a long time to fade. You'll really need to be patient and diligent with your skincare routine. Keep your skin hydrated, wear spf and avoid you've exposure, and make sure you're exfoliating 2-3x per week (chemical or physical).

Aloe Vera helped my acne scars fade but it took a while. It worked well underneath my foundation too
