What colours should I have for pencil eyeliners?

I know I should have a black and brown but what else? Navy? Forrest green? Plum? ...
I have brown eyes and fair skin.

try purple. now I know that's a loud color but look at the color wheel. purple is almost opposite from green. this should make your eyes POP!!!

Teal and lavender! I have both and those colors looks so so so good on 99% of people. I have both in the NYX eye pencils and they are truly amazing!
