Earlier today I went to Mac and got the translucent pressed setting powder and I totally didn't even think about if it gives off a white cast when taking pictures, can anyone answer this question?

If you're talking about the translucent powder from the Prep & Prim range then no, I never experienced a white cast :)

I'm not so sure about the mac setting powder, but any other translucent powder I have used has given off a white cast with flash photography. I'm interested to see if this one is this same, keep us updated :-)

I also have that and don't experience a white cast, it's translucent so that means invisible lol.

It might be the foundation you used. Or the concealer. Sometimes using a tad lighter of foundation or concealer in flash photography can create a white cast. If possible can you post pics of before setting powder and after with flash. It might help us.
