Hello ladies! I need some expect/well known knowledge, I had beautiful silver/grey hair and I loved it! But sadly my roots grew to long and it was the dreaded time of doing my roots!
I bleached them to a pale blonde/white colour. First I toned them with a silver shampoo and it didn't take!! Then I applied a Wella colour fresh in sliver and it didn't take it just took parts of my roots blue! Now my hair is blonde/white/blue/silver!! I don't know what to do. I need help, why aren't all my roots taking? Why only some and why have they turned blue? Please somebody help me with what to do!

Silver isn't a natural pigment. Sometimes when you apply lightner to unnatural pigmented hair it turns blue/purple if it was a cool color or peach colored for warm colors.
As for why the tone isn't taking, the only thing I can think of is that your roots didn't lift to a level 9/10, so there would be too much warmth for the toner to neutralize. I'm assuming you did the top/front of your head first, so it processed longer, and rinsed according to how that part of the scalp was lifting, while the back didn't process as long. There isn't a whole lot you can do about that unfortunately. As a professional, I would use a stronger peroxide in the back to balance it.
The other thing would be that that toner you used is poor quality, but I have never used that kind (or anything from Sally's) so I can't say for sure. My advice would be to go to a professional and get them to tone it. Of course do your research and make sure wherever you go has done silver hair successfully before so they know what they are doing.

I see nothing wrong with the look! In fact I actually like it a lot :) if you really don't like it, then yes, as Stacie said, you should see a professional :)
