So after bleaching and clarifying my hair, some red wouldnt come out. therefore I decided that I'd put a deeper pink over it so it would cover it ( manic panic hot hot pink.) with recent dye not taking when diluted, I used the dye straight and my hair is TOO bright when I had just gotten it to a more pastel prep stage. what are ways to make it pastel? shampooing? any help will be appreciated:)

I'm sure that manic panic has a pastelizer, I've used manic panic in my hair and also the pastelizer and it worked for me
