It looks very light and airy, try blow drying it upside down while its damp and then using a LITTLE bit of mousse throughout for texture. Then after its dry you can tease to your likibg.

She looks as if she adds extensions for both length and fullness, but for styling, I would use a wet brush or rounded brush that's gentle (such as those created for wigs) and blow it out with that. I agree a texturizing mousse is a good idea..used sparingly. I'd finish with a flexible hold hairspray to avoid stickiness and keep volume, such as Kenra.
