I have recently dyed my hair black, I have had my hair a few different colours over the years have had highlights, had it bleached the Lott. I'm now beyond the crazy colouring stage and just need a few tips and tricks to help restore my hair as it's starting to look very dry and lifeless can anyone help me?! - Thanks (:

Aussie 3 minute miracle is great and cheap, and cholesterol is good too but dosnt smell the best. Also the garnier shampoo and conditioner in the yellow bottles saved my life when I over processed my hair, I think its called triple nutrition.

I also love Aussie's 3 Minute Miracle. Try doing some hair mask (try 1-2 times a week, then lessen when your hair gets better). L'Oreals Ever- Mask are great too. Also make sure you are using a sulfate free shampoo and conditioner, again L'Oreals Ever- lines are great. I also loveee Its a 10 Plus Keratin, I've been using it for 2 years now and it is an amazing hair product. It makes my hair look and feel so much healthier, when I run out of it, I definitely notice a hugeeee difference. Its expensive but at target you can sometimes get 2 big bottles of it for about the price of 1. But 1 big bottle usually last me (everyday use and I use a lot of sprays) 4-5 months.

Also, try getting a trim if you haven't had one in a while!
