I want my winged eyeliner to look this nice but never found an eyeliner with these results. my eyeliner usually cracks or looks wet even though it is dry? Any suggestions?

You should give Stila Stay All Day Waterproof Eyeliner. It's my holy grail liquid eyeliner. It lasts me all day without cracking or smudging. I love it!

I use my mascara as eyeliner and set it with a black shadow. You could also use gel. It works the best for me personally and gives me the most control. Don't expect to get a super good eyeliner and have it immediately look like that the first use. It takes time and practice 😊

Stilas liquid is great but it has a wet shiny look. Kat Von D's Tattoo is my favorite. I find it easier to apply than Stila's. Both are super black and last all day but KVDs is easily my holy grail.

Yes I agree with Sydney R. My favorite eyeliner is the NYX matte black eyeliner. It doesn't crack and it's not shiny. Yesterday I bought the NYC black eyeliner too and I love it :-)
