Deep Red Lipstick, Black Eyeshadow, Pale foundation, make it to the point where it turns really pale.

I am going to be this for Halloween (He is a Japanese musician) Not necessarily a vampire but you may get ideas from him? Just google Mana-Sama and some things may pop up...he just reminds me of a vampire sometimes ;)
