I've tried it and I thought it was quite good. I liked that it didn't burn my face off like a lot of the stronger acne treatments. It also slightly faded scarring over a long period of time. But I don't think it's a complete miracle worker. I recommend trying it out though.

Does it help a lot w black heads or mostly other kinds of acne??

My dermatologist prescribed it for me and it was to treat my rosacea, it completely transformed my skin! I saw a difference in a short period of time rather than prolonged. I didn't have black heads really so I'm not sure how it affects those, but it definitely works for acne!

I have tried this and was not a huge fan of it. It's good, but I would reccomend Tazorac over Epiduo.

I agree with Karina. It really helped with my acne (mostly whiteheads) and considering that whiteheads are just a clogged-closed pore, and blackheads are the same thing just not completely closed (which gives them that black color since the air oxidizes the stuff inside the pore) epiduo treats them the same way; it works for both types of acne.
