This isn't fast but I had very very bad acne and I went on accutane and it very much helped my skin. I have had a spring of new breakouts now (not nearly as bad) but I'm using a clinque clay pore refining mask and it's really helping! It's been a week too!

I prefer not wearing make up for a while and not using a lot of chemicals on your face that really worked for me. My acne is to be really bad when I used to use a lot of chemicals on my face and wear makeup but I stopped for about six months and I can finally say I have clear skin yaaayyy.
