So my night routine goes like this: I out on a neutrogena all over acne cream, then I use a spot treatment for my pimples I want to get rid of. then I used to put on a cera ve moisturizing cream, but it balled up all of my treatment for my acne instead of moisturizing... any suggestions for a good moisturizer for night time?

Are you permitting your first two products to thoroughly dry and soak in before using the CeraVe?

I'm pretty sure I did but it might be too thick for me...

Balling often occurs when product hasn't been absorbed by the skin before we layer it. Sometimes it occurs when we mix products with different bases. I would try waiting 30 minutes, after your acne cream and spot remover are applied before using any moisturizer. If CeraVe still doesn't work for you, perhaps try Cetaphil, which is gentle.
