Hi Beauties!
In two weeks, I'm going to have abdominal surgery and was wondering how to prepare my skin ahead of time. I have a good idea of what's required post-op, but want to be proactive.
The sudden weight loss and inability to eat/drink is leaving my skin a wreck! I'm using thick body butters with argan oil added for a boost while trying to stay hydrated from the inside out.
Any tips?
Thanks in advance!

What you're currently doing is best. Definitely keep up your hydration...its going to more important after surgery though. From experience with my daughter who has had multiple surgeries we just made sure to treat her skin with a mix of oils in addition to unscented body butters to keep the dryness in check. If you can stick to unfragranced creams because I know her skin was uber sensitive after major surgery and she would get a lil minor skin irritation but everyone is different so maybe you won't experience the same but its something to be mindful of.
