There's no such thing as a "best" perfume. Perfumes smell differently on different people, smell differently the longer you wear them, and people just have preferences. I like big florals and hate candy-like scents such as the Juicy Couture mentioned above. I thought the Kim Kardashian was nice (didn't buy it, but it was by no means offensive) and a lot of girls my age loathed it. There are classic scents, artistic niche scents and mass market scents like the kind you buy at the department store. I could explain all this in about 2,000 words of graphic detail, but I'm guessing you don't want that much info.

Anyway, go to a Sephora, Ulta or department store and start experimenting with what you like. Get a sales lady to help you narrow down your choices. They'll know enough to at least get you in the right ballpark.
