Girl take it as a compliment! Most women would kill to get a compliment like that! Your skin is beautiful so I wouldn't change a thing! But you could always add a smokey eye to bump up the sultry factor - a touch of black usually makes it more bold and stand out if you usually do neutral Browns just add black to the lash line and blend it upwards to smoke it out - would look great on you girl :)

Take eyeshadow and a crease brush or liner brush to smudge some under the lower lash line. Your eyes are naturally cat-eyed which makes it simple for you to enhance. I'm not sure why you would want to look older, but I do understand the feel of boring from very simple makeup. I've been adding highlighter, a more defined brow and blush (which I'm not big on). I love the lipstick you have on! Details please?
