Did your dog chew only the handle? You could just fix the handle part and save the brush! Some sand paper will probably do the trick!

If the dog didn't chew the bristles and just the metal you can fix it by removing the bristles and resetting them into the metal portion on the end of a large pencil (where the eraser goes) I saw a girl do it once on YouTube. If you really don't want to replace it. Lol!
Or you could buy a cheap brush from a craft store and reset the bristles the same way in there.

Aw man I'm sorry about that! Sephora brushes are usually pretty affordable...if you really loved it, I suggest repurchasing it.
