What's a good drug store loose powder to pack under my eyes before I apply shadow?
I'm looking tired and old bc of the dark shadow fallout. I don't use foundation (or anything on my face). Gonna try bb cream soon tho.

Try any kind of loose powder to sweep away the fallout. Or you can place a tissue under your eye while your doing your eye makeup so the fallout will fall on there.
