Black non-smudge eyeliner.

I really need an eyeliner pencil and the ones I've tried are too creamy and smudge or don't last and I really need one that stays and doesn't smudge! And I would mostly use it to tight line my eyes or make a very thin line on the lids 😊 please help!

I still haven't been able to find a pencil that doesn't smudge at all! But I have found that using a gel liner smudge much less if you manage to keep your eyes open for a few seconds to let it dry :)

Yeah I like the UD 24/7 ones but I just smudge it myself the way I want it to smudge before it smudges in a way I don't want it to - if that makes sense - I basically just use a blending brush to blend it around my eyes and that usually helps - also setting it with setting powder also helps.

I use the marc jacobs highliner gel crayon & it is literally the best eyeliner I've ever found, & I'm picky about mine! it's basically a gel liner in crayon form so it's a lot easier to use 😊 I have the black, brown, & nude ones & they are all very pigmented, don't budge, & last a long time 😊 I will say that somehow my eyeliner on my waterline always gets into the crease of my eyes a little bit, it's hard to explain but I've tried every method & nothing seems to prevent that happening so it might just be the shape of my eyes 😂 but I do recommend theseb.

I'm pretty sure tarte has an eyeliner. Tight line eyeliner I believe. It's a mechanical pencil and made my lashes look a lot thicker.
