Revlon colorstay thoughts?

Has anyone tried the Revlon color stay foundation? what are your thoughts?

My mate uses this foundation (just texted her and asked her what her opinion is)

She said:

I seriously adore this foundation. I used to use the Estée Lauder Double Wear (which I highly recommend), but I have like no money lmao and just couldn't afford it. This foundation is like a cheater version of the Double Wear foundation. it has very good coverage and lasts pretty long.

although.. I (me) have heard some people say not to use it if your skin breaks out easily, it also looks cakey after a while and the actual foundation only lasts half a year without being gross and blotchy

Awe man thanks Lydia , I know the drug store has some good foundations that I personally prefer over some of the high end brands but I hate that cakey look , I don't want it to look like I poured a bunch of stuff on my face.

I personally didn't like it. Everyone says it's the drugstore version of the Studio Fix Fluid. Not to me.

The recon is thinner and the texture is nice but that's about it.
1. I couldn't find a match. I either looked ashy/pink or orange.

2. It did nothing for me since I'm oily, I got the one for oily skin and I felt it really didn't help to keep me matte. I got oily about and hour or two later

3. I found that it would crease up on me quite a bit and throughout the day it would fade quite a bit.

I think if your skin is more normal/dry and you can find a match then I'm sure it'd work better.
I didn't think it was full coverage, it was medium to me.
I really did like the texture of it and it blended quite easily.

As far as drugstore foundation my favorite is the L'oreal True Match.

I didn't like it. The coverage was great but I couldn't find a good match as they're mostly pink based. Plus it was too matte for me as was double wear.

I like it..medium coverage..long wearing..and great for oily skin! But they have a formula for dry skin too. I use revlon colorstay everyday.

One of my first liquid foundations. it was alright. didn't really keep me matte for long though but the coverage was nice

It has great coverage and longevity. But it's too thick and heavy for me and it broke me out.
