It might change their color a tiny bit but I always have to apply it after my makeup cause I have to wipe foundation off my lips and it dries them out!

I agree your eyes and cheekbones are amazing! I naturally have very pigmented lips as well & I love that I can put on clear gloss and it looks like a color but I hate that I can never just swipe on lipstick or it'll look nothing like the lipstick shade lol. I as well suggest putting Vaseline on your lips before foundation application. it won't completely stop the foundation from being on your lips but it'll make it much easier to wipe off and there won't be as much on your lips.

As I generally go for the fuller makeup as well, I think with your high cheekbones and face shape a pretty "natural" makeup look would look better! I love your makeup though, very nice. Don't get me wrong :) just an opinion.
