Same thing happens to my upper lip. My skin is just too sensitive. Did you put makeup on afterwards? Or any sort of lotion? Where you super touchy with your face after? I know those things can increase reactions. For me it doesn't matter what I do I break out so I just stopped doing it.

If the lotion or moisturiser had any fragrance in it, that could have caused a reaction.
After a waxing, you're usually meant to wait 24 hours before using makeup or anything like that as the skin is still raw and not as protected due to the waxing.

Looks like folliculitis which is inflammation of the follicle (hair). Certain people have this reaction to waxing. I would consult a dermatologist on safe hair removal for future reference to avoid having this reaction again.
