Well you can go and claim it, or collect 3 empty Mac lipsticks container and get one lipstick for free, which is kinda waste of money compared to the claim

You might be better of writing and email to their head office rather than in store. Explain how you love mac etc.and wouldn't expect this bad quality from such a high value brand etc. see that they say. they might say send it to them in the post or something. worth a try I guess x

Yeah I agree with Sadia, usually they'll at least give you a coupon, if not an actual lipstick, it's worth a shot!

I would email them and see what they do. They will most likely give you some sort of compensation, plus you still get to keep the tube for back to mac.

If you haven't already, I'd toss it in the fridge, spritz it lightly with alcohol and then scrape out any remaining product into a sealed container...repotting the product. Absolutely agree with the ladies about sending an email stressing how you are a loyal customer who loves their products...and how disappointed you are that this took place. Good luck!

Thanks everyone, and thanks rozberry for the suggestion but it was broken beyond repair, the lipstick itself broke up when the tube broke, and At the time I honestly didn't care about saving it bc it was so messed up, lol.
