I'm 13 and want to start experimenting with makeup. What would you recommend as a starting place that's not too expensive?

You should try ulta it's a mixture of high end products to drugstore products. Definitely one of my favorite stores :)

I am a beginner and I also go to a bit of mascara and pink blush. Go to walmarts or Cvs. Who ever said beauty was expensive?

I would try a mascara to start with because you can wear it all on its own!

I'm 15, literally just starting wearing make up over the summer. I think that if you want to experiment, do what you think works and try different things but once you finally choose somethings you want to use everytime you wear make up, get into a routine. one thing I do every single day are wings or cat eyes..I recently got a eyebrow kit I love by elf. elf make up is amazing

I would recommend starting with elf products, you can get them at the drugstore. Their products are crazy cheap, and are of good quality. A few duds of course, but the majority of their makeup is great.

Try going to Ulta and buying one of their makeup kits. They're on sale for $16-$17 now and they come with all the basics
