I personally like Maybelline fit me for my face. Affordable and a great concealer! For under my eyes I prefer Rimmel match perfection like Kelsey or LA Girl concealer.

Yeah it would be easier to make recommendations if we knew what you are trying to cover with the concealer and the level of coverage and price range you are looking for.

I would like to hide my dark circles because I tend to get blue under my eyes and because I'm so white you can see my veins

In that case a color corrector would serve you better than just concealer alone - since they are blue try a yellow color corrector under your concealer and that should cancel the blue
