I have a nose piercing and recently I've noticed a keloid around it. How do I get rid of it? I've heard that saline solution works but I wasn't sure if there was anything better.

I'm going through the same problem right now! Two best things to use are sea salt and tea tree oil!🐜

You could try some of those scar silicone bandages. They really worked on my post-surgical incisions. But they don't work overnight. It takes a minimum of 3 months and you have to wear them for at least 8-12 hrs a day. Longer if you can manage it.

Tea tree oil, aspirin pastes, and dip a q tip in hot saltwater and hold it to the bump. Are you sure it's a keloid and not a granumola?

I'm not actually sure it's a keloid it may be a granumola...it doesn't hurt or anything it's just red

If it's red it is most likely a granumola, when I first got my nose pierced I Accidentally knocked the piercing out and got one too. The treatments I listed above helped me to get rid of it.
