Never have tried individual lashes.. I always feel like the strip lashes are better, but haven't tried these!! Pros? Cons?? Would be interested in hearing what's better/worse about these :-)

Yes, I love my brown flares, I've learned two placements as well. Instead of placing them on top of the lash line, I was also taught to lay them on the bottom of your lashes to give an even more natural look.
