I've been on the hunt for highlighters that show up nicely on my skin, and that don't leave a streak of colour darker than my skin. I currently use becca moonstone pressed, and use nars sheer glow in siberia to get an idea of how pale I am hahah :) thanks!

It Cosmetics Hello Light is pretty light. They have a powder & a cream. Although the cream has a really thin texture and is drier than most cream highlighters. Almost cream to powder.
